So I've recently been using the color yellow a ton, and when I was building this house, it became very yellow. I really loved how it turned out. I wanted to go in a different direct from my last upload which was extremely modern. So I made an older house that was updated but retained it's character. It has 3 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 Bathrooms, and it's on a 30x30 lot. No CC!

This House was made for a family of 3-5 sims. It has no vehicle in the parking space.

**The only object used from Outdoor Living Stuff is the bowl of fruit on the coffee table. If you don't have OLS, the game will just replace it with something else.

No Custom Content.
