Hello, everyone! Today I have a house that has been done for a while now, and I'm finally uploading it! It's a very modern house built for a celebrity or party-loving sim. There is plenty of room for parties inside and out, and even some room for your guests to spend the night. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms, a carport, party deck, and pool. It's on a 30x30 lot and costs 241,356. I did use CC, but none is actually included.

The house can sleep up to 6 sims and it has a car-port for one car.

This house was built before patch 1.26/1.27. It does not require pets or that patch. I'm aware that CC is broken with it, but only the living set and shower would be effected. None of the CC used is required, but Armiel's built set and the windows are strongly recommended and you need them for the house to look the same.
