Today I present to you one of my earlier creations, The Clarke Beach House. It was first built for a young single mother and her two daughters not long after i got the Base game. She eventualy got together with Bella's brother, and they bought the grand victorian next door and had two more daughters. Now the oldest daughter has moved back into the original family home, and once again it is loved.

On the ground floor you will find; a foyer, kitchen dinner, lounge, bathroom and single bedroom.

On the first floor you will find; a landing, double bedroom, single bedroom and a bathroom.

The house also has three large porches great for enjoying the wonderous sea views and romantic evenings!

I designed this house to be built on a 35 by 25 lot placed here:

It costs 47,923 simoleons furnished and 34,194 simoleons unfurnished.
I hope your sims will enjoy this house as much as mine have!
