Modern Living is built in contemporary Mediterranean style. For this time the focus was on building a home which is a pleasant and comfortable inside and out. In the garden is placed outdoor dining table which has almost every Mediterranean home-hot days is there are many and often most of the day is spent in the yard. On the terrace your sim can sunbathe with a cold drink.
