Old man Charles Robin had this home build for his family years ago, his favourite colour is very represented in this house. The house stayed in his family for years after his death, until the last Robin died, with no one to pass the house to.
It's a medium sized home, with three bedrooms, possibly four, if you convert the playroom. One of the rooms remains unfurnished, since for many years it was a storage room. There are three full bathrooms, and one half. A large kitchen, separate dining room, study, and library, along with a finished basement set up like a 'man cave' with the washing machine and dryer also down there.
The back yard features a small hot tub for the adults, and a tree house for the children. There is also a man-made pond, waiting to be stocked with fish. A carport, rather then a garage, is set next to the house with a roof to keep away the rain.
