Are you tired of city noise? Move your family in suburbia.

A house with ground floor and first floor, with a spacious and elegant living room and open kitchen. Every bedroom it’s like a suite.
Has a courtyard with playground for children, and a hot tube. In the cellar there is a space for sport and a room for those who want to learn Alchemy. You can not play golf in your yard, but you can play biliards in basement.
I built the fence because I don't want zombies on the property.

simsdesignavenue.net by Frances. But the windows are olds, and the site is close...

The family is moved and the furniture not to her liking? Change it. Decorating missing or do not like? Arrange the home to their liking.
