I have tried to build a spacious apartment, but on a smaller lot. Lot size has eliminated the playground and the garden ...
Even so I made it 2 version.
Astoria Apartment - is with terrace.
Astoria Apartment v.1 - is with classic roof
Both versions have 3 bedroom and 2 full bathroom. Open kitchen and big living.

The rest have not changed my style. I have added almost all activities:
- For relaxation, Jacuzzi area with windows aquarium and under first floor an outside pool, and barbeque.
- For entertaining, bar.
- For physical, fitness equipment
- For hobby, area to projekt, design and invent.
- Common laundry
- Garage for one car.
