I know what you are thinking... ewww its trailers! Its not trailers... this Mobile Home Park is a little nicer than that! There are 3 identical Double Wide Mobile homes. I avoided doing a "trailer" park as it has already been done in Belladonna as a ready-made lot, and I wanted something a little more upscale and family friendly. This fits the purpose with a little shabby-chic feel, but still small family or senior retiree friendly. There are plenty of amenities for anyone while providing a very affordable rent.

This lot is intended to replace the pre-built "mobiles" that are in Pleasantview, including the one the Broke family starts out in. It seems a little more realistic to have them as an apartment lot. I also made sure this lot is completely CC free.



Each unit is in different colors; the White unit has a pink interior, the Green unit has green interior and the Tan Unit has brown & pale yellow interior. Other than color they are all structurally the same... so I took interior & floorplan pics of the white one:



The units are 2 bedroom & 1 bath each. They are based on the typical double wide mobile built in the late 70's...thus the paneling, basic flooring & general lack of extra space.

The lot comes complete with 2 outdoor activity areas, a workout/game room & a community greenhouse...there are even fruit trees:



Activity Area 1 has the playground & BBQ picnic area



Activity Area 2 has the pool, hot tub and a basketball half-court.

The greenhouse is in the center of the lot, directly behind the green unit but it is available to anyone on the lot. The 3 fruit trees are spaced along the property opposite the activity areas and are also available to whomever wishes to harvest them.
