Looking for a quieter neighborhood? Tired of all the modern, impersonal apartments out there? Perhaps this apartment house is more to your taste! In an older and quieter part of town, or even downtown, this apartment house is perfect for retired couples or young couples just starting out.



My inspiration for this apartment house was this online floorplan, I did not follow the exact details of the floorplan, but I liked the look of the building itself:


It has a total of four floors... 3 apartment units, one on each floor and the attic space has been converted into a workout & activity room.

All the apartments have a window box treatment in the living room, also all apartments have 2 bedrooms and a dine-in kitchen. The second floor has 2 bathrooms, while the others have one bathroom each. There is a small playground and BBQ area and a little seating nook in the front to sit and relax while you wait for your taxi... There are 2 parking spaces available for any resident to use.
