A Small family Talan. For your elves and all their elflings. Well, at least one or two. Two bedrooms, kitchen/lounge, bathroom and terrace over three usable levels.

IMPORTANT

All lots use the bathroom set that comes the Dragon Valley world from The Sims Store but this is for Aesthetic purposes only and any bathroom set would so really.

By the same token all lots use the Farol Azalea Lamp by Luna but again this is more for decorative purposes, and could be replaced with any dangling ceiling light.

No Custom Content is included!

IMPORTANT
Two of these lots use unusual lot sizes. They can either fit on slightly larger standard lot sizes or you can use a mod to make additional lots of the correct size. I use Awesome Mod, but I know others are out there.
