At the end of the peninsula in the little Sim beach town of Azure Seas, independently wealthy (thanks to the motherlode) Sim, Roger Luberon, pronounced Ro ger (accent on the ger) Lu be ron (accent on the ron) found this huge, weathered beach house with incredible view of the Azure Sea. With his unlimited supply of money, Roger renovated, furnished, and decorated to suit his romantic, although rather slacking, personality. The house has 2 bedrooms, each with private bath, downstairs, along with cozy living room with fireplace (Roger wasn't sure whether to have the furniture face the fireplace or the picture windows, but he chose the fireplace), big kitchen with breakfast nook, formal dining, family room, study, and guest bathroom. The upstairs is largely unfurnished as yet, but has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The third floor attic room is for storing the items that Roger expects to receive from his dream dates. Roger kept all the scrubby landscaping and shade trees as he loves that wild natural look. The shrubs are a headache to trim, but Roger is making friends with everyone who passes by and then influencing them to garden. Of course, the house I uploaded is not the actual house which Roger lives in, but rather a pristine, never lived in, identical model. I hope that your Sim will enjoy making this house his or her own.
