This set includes a 1-tile table which will seat four Sims and does not cut into the wall. Because of it's smaller scale, it is perfect for small spaces in the kitchen, beside a chair or in a child's room.

The matching chair features a round seat and scallop detail on the backrest. Though the polys are a bit high on the chair, they are still less than Maxis' Quaint/Simple Sit Dining Chair.
