So I've been working on a recreation of another real house, which you can find pictures and the history of here, and also part way down here. The Bearden-Cline Home in the pretty southern town of Waleska, GA, it truly is a house worthy of dreams, however it had slipped into a state of poor repair and was recently looking for someone to save it, and now it's sold, so I hope it's new owner loves it and will restore it to its former glory.

However, when recreating the house I did have to cut down the size of lot it was on to make it more usable, this also meant not including any of the outbuildings that the house has in real life. The real life house is also listed as having seven bedrooms and one bathroom, so I had to lose a couple of bedrooms and gain another full bathroom and a couple of w/c's. I also added a cellar.

Going back to my recreation, the in-game version has a total of five bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, 5 reception rooms, a kitchen, attic, cellar and a couple of wraparound porches and balconies. It was built on a 40 by 40 lot costing 137,719 Simoleons furnished, and 87,638 Simoleons unfurnished.
