Firstly, I have to admit that this lot has been inspired by Red Dead Redemption and the music video for Ke$ha's 'Die Young'. Also, the Hearse pictured is from Fresh Prince Creations: http://www.freshprincecreations.com...odhearsets3.htm But it is not included, so you will have to download it seperately if you want it, and don't forget to thank him! The world that I have built the house in comes to us courtesey of the Sims 3 Creators' Consortiumm and can be found here.



Originally, I was going to make the lot post apocalyptic, like the chapels that can be seen in Fallout 3, but then I decided to make it a bit cleaner, as if some artist had come across an abandoned chapel in the wild west and decided to make it their home.



The lot is built on a 30 by 30 lot which costs 49,064 Simoleons furnished and 41,649 Simoleons unfurnished.
There is no CC included, but in the pictures, Fresh Prince's Hearse is shown. I tried to keep to basegame only content, but I decided to use a couple of doors and a tree from Pets. Other than that, this lot could be basegame if you want to replace the two doubles doors and one of the trees in the graveyard.
