This is another addition to the Daisy Lane homes, which are starter homes costing no more than 25,000 and have 1-3 bedrooms. This home in particular is 104 Daisy Lane and I've attached both a furnished (that costs 19,993), and a unfurnished (that costs 10,286) version. The furnished version comes 100% furnished including decorations, and after you move your sim in you can just start playing! The unfurnished version contains no furnishings including light fixtures. 104 Daisy Lane is on a 2x2 lot. This home is very small, but has enough room on the side for a driveway, and enough room in the yard to landscape more, or add outdoor furnishings. This house has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen shared with the dining and living space. This home is perfect for 1 or 2 sims that you have freshly made in CAS, or if you just like tiny homes.
