Hello everyone once again! Aren't you all happy that summer is quickly approaching? Ah, long, sunny days, plenty of time to do what you want to do.

Don't you think your sims deserve lots of fun times too? Well, with this house, you sure can give them that! This house is great for many things, including adult sims, parties, kids and teen sims, there is every amenity a reasonably rich sim could ever possibly want! And with a basement, there is (nearly) endless room for expansion. Does your sim really need another home?





Situated on an oblong lot, this house gives you a different asthenic than you may be used to. It sure leads to feeling...somehow different when you play your sims on this lot. Space is definitely maximized, with tons of stuff and lots of room for less shoe-tapping!

-art room (which could easily be replaced with other hobby rooms)

Really, what more could a sim possibly want?! When your sim buys this house, it is sure to be a hit of the neighborhood 8).

A few things to mention: the art room is bland so your sim can hang up his artwork, and the basement is behind a door since I think it looks better. If it annoys you, of course you could delete the door and its accompanying walls.
