Tierra Buena is a small island terrain with coastal areas and higher elevation plateaus. There are plenty of flat lots for building including some beach lots. I have a screenshot with beach lots placed. just to give you an idea of how they will look, but of course the file I'm uploading is base game with no lots or decorations. In my game, I'm planning an ecological, "green" community with lots of natural landscaping and earthtone textures. Hopefully, Tierra Buena will fit in your game as well.
