A somewhat run-down, vaguely Victorian three-story house on a 15 x 25 lot, with garden, suitable for a relatively large household without spending a fortune. Furnished for 8+1 sims with additional space in the basement; there is also a small empty pantry / laundry room next to the kitchen that could be made into an additional bathroom. Furnishings and deco are quite sparse in order to keep it affordable.



Stacked stairs are working (in my game), I’ve tested specifically for that.

– Just-A-Column 4/4 and 5/4 by Flabaliki – these don’t seem to be online any more, so I’m attaching them here as a separate download


Recommended custom content:

– Stove “Dicke Berta” by myself
– Foundation Wall Fix by Buckley
– Default override for the cherry three, by myself, available in this post if you want it (note that this will of course override all of the cherry trees in your game).
