Lately I have been busy with school so I couldn't upload any of my works, but I did build new houses for you! This one is an example, aka test: since all my houses cost a lot, I've tried to make a starter, but I actually didn't know what starter means, so this is the result.
No white walls, no same parquet in all the rooms and few objects. It is fully furnished, perfect for your modern Sim!
I really hope you like it; I do, is the one I use at the moment with my self-sim.
