Your Sim should never have to sacrifice style and comfort due to budget constraints. Studio37, based on this house by Small Modern Living, is sleek and streamlined, fully functional, and vibrant with color. The architecture is nothing special but the layout is inspired. One or two Sims maneuver super smoothly and it's so nice to limit the amount of scrolling needed. If your Sim is in need of a bigger budgetary cushion, some of the landscaping can be trimmed back.



"Well, Bubba," you may say, "you're back to your old CC habits." It's like this...the gallery holds over 400,000 lots and I think we've taken the base game items about as far as they can go. I just can't resist all the amazing stuff from these awesome creators. You really make the game playable for me and I'm so excited to have nice things for my Sims4 like I had in Sims2. A big thank you to you all!

Inside the 7zip you will find files with extensions .bpi, .blueprint and .trayitem These go in your Tray folder. If you don't want some of the CC, the game will remove the items for you. I've tested this in my own game without problems so there's no longer a reason to post an unfurnished version.

I have used only one item from Outdoor Retreat: the Pleasant Purple Flowers.
