No Delay Between Instant Upgrades

When the Nerd Brain aspiration has been completed the Sim is awarded the Handy trait, which allows the Sim to instantly upgrade any object with all upgrades that are available to that object. Not only does this interaction save a lot of time but it also requires no upgrade parts to perform, however it can only be done once per day.

This mod removes the delay from the Instant Upgrade interaction allowing Sims with the Handy trait to perform instant upgrades as often as desired.

This is an XML tuning mod that makes changes to the Commodity_Trait_TheKnack_UpgradeTimer_339BC5BD_00000000_0000000000018601 resource and will conflict with any mods that also use this resource.

This mod was built using Game Version 1.0.732.20, it should be compatible with all versions.
Checked 2014/12/18, Compatible with patch 1.3.18.1010.
