I started with the top that came with Free Time and turned it into a dress. Then I added the Mary Jane sneakers (also from Free Time) and made a whole bunch of colours: pink, blue, beige, yellow, aqua, peach, green, lavender, silver, brown, black, and navy. Click the spoiler button to see them all:

These dresses use a new mesh, which is included. The mesh has a working fat morph (see the girl in the beige dress). I've set the dresses as Everyday (because the shoes seem a bit too casual for formal wear). No EPs or SPs are required.
Enjoy!

Polygon Counts:
sundress & sneakers = 2108
Additional Credits:
All hairstyles, glasses, and jewellery are by Maxis.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below for more information.
