Hi, hello, Simmers!

SimsWorld real estate agency brings today a The sims 3 house.

I tried to build a nice house in this lot (Dean st., 16 - Bridge Port) very much times. All of them seemed to be awkward, but finally, I built one
that I think all of you will adore!

It's big, actually, but I consider it as a medium house, ready to confort four Sims (a couple and a couple of children).
It has two floors and a big backyard, with a garage on the front and a beatiful view of the river and the bridge.

Let's introduce it to you!

Here is the front of the house. It has two colors, I dediced to give a modern look, althought this is not my strong point.



On the first floor, we have:

- The living room;
- The kitchen;
- The kid's bedroom;
- The laundry;
- The bathroom;
- The dining room.



In the second floor, we've got:

- The master bedroom (suit);
- The library/study room;
- A hall to relax.
