So I launched TS3 to play after a long time (1-2 years or so) and decided to experiment a little on the fountain and basement tools. After I wasted hours and hours trying to grasp the full effect of these new tools, I created this little (?) house called Artinatura. As you can imagine, the name comes from merging "artificial" and "natural" because it has a plenty of natural resources; mostly trees and water, and is a huge artificial lot built directly in the middle of them.



This super residential lot is made of 3 buildings, surrounded by trees, fountains and pools. There is also a private park for your kid Sims including swings, bonfires and a pool in the basement. Other than that, this house includes:
  • 8 bedrooms
  • 4 living rooms
  • 7 bathrooms
  • A patio
  • 3 swimming pools
  • A bar

No custom content was used. This house only requires High End Loft Stuff and the latest update because of basements, fountains etc. Sims are approved to live in this house but no Sim intervention is made, like upgrading objects.

Warning: Due to a bug in the game, or in my system, the fir trees that are placed on the islands in the fountains might disappear and be placed in the story below (under the floor). In this case, just replace the trees and they should work just fine.
