This is a great starter home for a family…or two! Each unit contains three bedrooms, two and a half baths, all upgraded appliances, fenced-in backyard, and two allotted parking spaces. Have a small family? The default for this lot is Unit 1 as the player apartment and Unit 2 as an NPC apartment. Have a larger family or a couple generations that want to live near each other? Unit 2 is the fully-furnished mirror image of Unit 1. Just remove all the hidden lot markers, unmake the NPC door, and unlock the fence connecting the backyards. Or if for some reason your Sim prefers living on the right instead of the left, just move the markers over from Unit 1 to Unit 2 and switch front doors. This multi-function lot is all yours for under §21,000 per unit!

CC-free and Custard-checked, although items from some EPs, SPs and the Store are used. If you don't own the items listed below, the game will replace them with comparable items.
