ScaryRob mentioned he was looking for a shorter version of the 'Patrician Stone Wall in Concrete' that came with University. Needing a break from recolouring I took a look at it and decided to make one for him.

This is NOT base game compatible, at least 1 EP's is required just like any other custom fence!
