After being a member on this site for more than a year, I finally decided to contribute something! This is my very first upload and I do hope you guys would love it.

This upload has two parts: one for the females and another for the males. I designed the two dorms to look like they were built together side by side (see Additional Credits below). The idea came from the dorm inside my University: The left side of the building has female occupants, while the right has male occupants.

(Note: Even though I built it specifically for females, it doesn't mean all its occupants during Live mode will be all females.)

On the first floor, we have the living room, a toilet and shower area, the kitchen and dining area, and a small computer room.



On the second floor, we have a common room, another toilet and shower area, two easels on the balcony, and three bedrooms.



On the third floor, we have a piano and a dartboard in the common room, another toilet and shower area, an exercise machine on the balcony, and three more bedrooms.



At the back, we have a small shrine for The Gray Lady, a chessboard, a telescope, and a park bench.
