I wanted to make a simple dorm to fit in with TU La Fiesta, so I made this small dorm with 7 rooms on the smallest lot size. I kept an old industry building in mind when I made it, at least for the outside. The inside is made into a livable space.
It has all your needs for your in dorm living sims, and some extra activities such as the car and the basketball hoop.
3 rooms have a pc, one a paintersstand.
