I'm liking making these smaller moderns. I can get them done quicker, and I they can be used to fill up lots in a world. Of course any lots can, but a lot of worlds are full of 20X30 lot sizes. Not that I won't ever make larger moderns of course.

I added a basement, since it's easy to do so for a house without a foundation. I didn't put anything down there, as I thought it would be a good area for a hobby room. You could add any other sort of rooms you'd like down there too.

The house is pretty cheap for its size at ~65,000. When I was editing it it was 116,000, but I kept going back into buy mode with the cheat to add small things that I forgot. Some missing wallpaper, more invisible lights, et cetera. I can't believe how it made it almost half as cheap.
