Two-story house with basement, built on a 15 x 25 lot, furnished for up to 4 sims (three kids/adults, one baby/todler). Base game content only. There is a larger version of this house (with garage and furnished for five, requires a 20 x 25 lot) available too.



Custom content used (but not included and not required):

– CASTable plants by Aikea Guinea (indoor plants)
– Roof recolour by tammy_trauma; this is officially unsupported as I’ve meanwhile learned, so I’m attaching it below.



Note that I have a lighting mod installed (this one) so the shadows are much more pronounced on my screenshots than they’d be in an out-of-the-box game – this is why I've photoshopped one of the screenshots (backside), the other ones are unmodified.
