This cute little starter home is on a 20x20 lot, it has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, open area kitchen/dining/living area, beautiful exterior including small garden sitting area in the back. All this can be ours for 17,954. There are 2 levels to this home, but the upper level has not been finished and currently there is no access to it. As your Sim's finances grow you could remodel, add stairs and finish the upstairs. As always, I hope you and your Sims enjoys!
