Horse Dig Won't Spawn Produce

Recently I played with a horse in my active family. A few sim days later I wondered why there was all this random produce laying around my lot, making it look a mess. Then I figured out that the horse 'Dig Around' interaction carried a small chance of spawning a harvestable.
I set that chance to 0%

This is a tuning mod and will conflict with anything else that edits the Sim+HorseDig_0x47a9f791d83c0495 _XML
