This house is somewhat of a cross between a New England gambrel house and a Scandinavian barn. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a wide open kitchen/dining area great for sim routing.
No CC or EA Store items used, Custard checked and play-tested. Everything upgradeable has been to either fireproof>unbreakable>improved.


Notes:
  • Sims can play video games on the lounge room TV - the console is hidden in the cabinetry.
  • All window seats are functional but don't place any modular snapping items near them like counters; sectional sofas/coffee tables; etc. as it will reset them.
  • To edit the roof levels you need to use the cheats "testingcheatsenabled true" and "buydebug on" as there are level skip markers there.
  • The stereo in the lounge room controls the wall speakers.
  • Pictured at 230 Redwood Pkwy, Sunset Valley - where the Crumplebottom house used to be.
