This lot was meant to provide a university-/community-college-like building to add to your Sims world. It features classrooms, personalized faculty offices, lounges, and laboratories to bring the university feel to your Sims' home world.

I tried to pack a lot of detail into this thing. Laboratories were made from memories of the different labs I worked in during my own college career. Artist studios and the culinary labs were made by referencing images I found on the internet. The faculty offices have, more or less, individual styles that try to incorporate interests someone might have if they were teaching e.g. biology, ceramics. There are also a couple student lounges where your Sims can kill time or study between "classes*."



*As much as I'd like it to actually function like a university, that seems to require mods. Feel free to download and add any such mods to the lot (e.g. university rabbit hole rugs, like the ones on simsl3gacies.com/; thanks for the tip, Greenplumbbob!), but please don't redistribute without permission.

Bugs / Notes: Some ceiling tiles (see below) just don't show up, even though there is flooring directly above. Let me know if you find anything else.
Some chairs are also unusable because of their close proximity to other chairs / desks. I chose to keep it this way because it was aesthetically closer to an actual classroom layout, rather than having the ridiculous spacing normally required for Sims routing.
Performance: You should probably only use this with a somewhat beefy computer. It's a big lot with a lot of items. Be prepared to experience a little lag if you have a lower-end PC.
