Riverworks House (no CC) [Updated 2018: Now more color and decor]

Riverworks House was meant to pull from my favorite aspects of the industrial home design trend (open spaces, bricks, pipes, and clean lines) while combining it with pops of color. The main living areas utilize bright hues to act as a focal point of the room, where dining areas and transitional spaces use muted tones to give the home a more classy feel.

There are a lot of places in this home for your Sims to hang out. There are two actual bedrooms, but the basement has two rooms which could easily be converted into additional sleeping spaces. Currently, one is a "programmer lair" and the other is a practice space for musicians. The home has two dedicated living rooms to suit different needs; the ground-level living area is suitable for socializing or reading, and the basement living space is meant for television and gaming. In addition to these rooms, there are sitting areas throughout the whole house.

There's a small office space tucked underneath the main staircase. The house also features a full dining area, kitchen, two and a half baths, and a pool/barbecue area outside.

Though a lot of expansion/stuff packs are listed as required for this lot, many of them are only used for one or two decorations. No custom content was used for this lot.
