Important Lot Info:
 This home was created over the lot "Teacup Chihuahua" in Riverview. The original lot was flat and I have added the down slope to create the walkout basement. You do not need to place the lot in a particular area for it to function properly. Please leave me a comment if you have any trouble with this.
