The first floor contains four large multipurpose rooms, which might be applied to be a cafeteria, a study room, a living room and a gym with a swimming pool, and four restrooms. Outside are pathways surrounded by Japanese maple trees.

The second floor contains eight bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. If you're going to make this lot a dorm, be sure to change all bedroom doors to be the one that allow you to reserve and lock your room.
