A community lot suitable for a community center on a 5x5 lot. Altogether there are 12 rooms (the rooms with wooden wall and floor), 8 restrooms, female and male separated, on each corner, and a large hall divided into 2 large rooms and a preparing room in the middle (might be made a restaurant). Unfurnished, except for lighting systems, restroom facilities and some benches. No custom contents.
