This house was built in Oasis Springs. It's confortable and it was made for a couple of Sims with a kid. "It's not much, but it's home".

It has two floors. In the firts, we have the entrance hall, the kitchen, the common bathroom and the dinning room. We also have two porches.



Upstairs, we have the living room, the master bedroom and the single bedroom (that has a private bathroom).



The house costs the total of § 80.722 simoleons furnished and § 21.402 unfurnished, and it has not custom content.
