Normally, bills are delivered at around 10am on Tuesday and Thursday, twice a week. I don't like this. Maxis made the same mistake in the Sims 3 where bills are also delivered twice a week, on Monday and Thursday. Maxis finally got the bills right in the Sims 4 where bills are delivered only once a week, in addition to being much more expensive. It seems that the reason Maxis delivers the bills twice a week, is because they originally planned to have separate electricity and water bills. In other words, those two bills you receive were going to be electricity and water bills, and if you were to not pay them, your power or water would be shut off. From what I know, they scrapped that idea. Basically, it's just a remnant of a design that did not make it into the game.

This mod makes it so that bills are only delivered once a week, on Tuesday. It is as simple as that. One thing you should keep in mind, though, is that this effectively halves the money you have to pay for your bills every week. For example, if your bills were 500 simoleons before, because you would pay that twice (on Tuesday and Thursday), you would end up paying 1000 simoleons per week. If you get this mod, you will only get bills on Tuesday, and you will end up paying a total of 500 simoleons per week. Bills are already very cheap in this game. For this reason, I recommend you definitely get a higher bills mod.

You can easily tune this mod yourself and change the day bills are delivered. Here is how you do it:
- Open this mod in Sim Package Editor.
- Find and click on the line "Expression (Day of Week == Const 0x1001:0x01)" in each of the BHAVs ("Bill due?" - "Deliver Bills Today?" - "process").
- Select the Pop-up Wizard on the right-hand side.
- Change the bottom number from 0x1001:0x01 to one of the following values:
0x1001:0x00=Monday
0x1001:0x01=Tuesday
0x1001:0x02=Wednesday
0x1001:0x03=Thursday
0x1001:0x04=Friday
0x1001:0x05=Saturday
0x1001:0x06=Sunday
- Click File and Save. Click "Yes" if necessary. That's it.

In order to unrar this mod, you need the latest version of 7zip or WinRar.
