A massive beach mansion with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 7 unique rooms. Perfect for a big family with loads of room for activities and massive backyard.

It costs 500k (you cheated didn't you?)
It has beds for up to 9 Sims
I used ALMOST every pack (I forgot to use Vampires and Luxury Party - I even used My First Pet - how did this happen to me? I don't believe I let myself done. Please don't talk to me )
I used no Custom Content (that's how I roll)

Few extra rooms: Home Theatre, Spa Room, Art Studio, Office, Laundry Room, Bar, Gym, Playroom
It took me more than 15 hours to build (please like it and validate my insecure self )
