A farmhouse for a very rich family that has A LOT money to spend. 3 bedrooms, one guest house/butler house. A massive playroom. A garage. A pool. And a lot more!

It is heavily based on an actual house built by Michael LoBuglio, the exterior is almost identical, you don't mess with perfection. The interior is my own creation that's why it's not as perfect 😂😂 If you want to see more photos of the actual house check here.

I didn't use any CC content, and used almost every pack I had available when building it 😅 (dear Luxury Party we all hate you, sincerely the sims community)
