This home is inspired by the house I rented during college!

It had lots of paneling and wallpaper, so I tried to keep with that tacky theme in the game. There were also trees and rosebushes EVERYWHERE. The bathroom I had only had a tub while the one on the other side of the house had a tub-shower combo. I lived with one other person so it was slightly annoying having only my shower things in that one bathroom. The washer was in the second bathroom too and would make showering impossible if you were going to do laundry at the same time.

University Life is needed for the washer and dryer I used.
