I had every EPs installed when building the lot, but you particularly need to have Seasons, Apartment Life and Bon Voyage.
The lot edges have been flattened with the Lot Adjuster after the house was built, so let me know if there are any issues.

This house is loosely based on The Randolph from Sears catalogues (see last picture).
