Another kit house from the 1920s, this time from the Morgan catalogue.
It is quite a large family Craftsman house, with attractive features such as an attached garage, a sunroom and a pergola. There are two bedrooms, with possibility to fit one more in the basement (which has functional windows, that is, which let the light in).

My aim was to build it as realistic as possible, as close to the plan as I could, with particular focus on the exterior aspect. Hence the fact that some choices might seem odd to you.

A few remarks :

- You need the CEP for the chimney recolour to work.
- Due to the way the house is built, there won't be any animation when the car comes out of the garage. The door still opens though, but Sims cannot pass through it.
- Be very careful if you decide to modify the house using the "boolProp constrainFloorElevation" cheat. The basement was made using Mootilda's Grid Adjuster.
- Most of the custom content I used comes from sets using the repository technique. That means you need the master meshes (which I did not necessarily use in this house). So rather than including scattered bits from each, I'll let you download the whole sets (found in the "Custom Content NOT Included but Required" list).

As the amount of custom content required is rather cumbersome, there is a version without custom content too.
