Hi everyone! Today I'm bringing you another fun little lot for my Halloween collection! These lots are based on the Lemax and Department 56 Halloween collectibles and are sure to add some spooky fun to your towns!

This eerie little eatery is known as the Dead End Diner, a small, ramshackle restaurant said to actually be what the locals call a "Phantom Building." This means that the building itself is not actually reall but rather a spectral structure that will on occasion vanish entirely and reappear somewhere else with no trace left behind. Hikers and travelers who have been lost in the forests have later said that they suddenly encountered the ghostly diner sitting in the middle of nowhere, only to come back later and find no sign of it. Whether or not they believe the spooky tales, they all agree the food and drinks are excellent. The place has a surprisingly good rating online for a ghost restaurant.

This lot is set as a dive bar, meaning your Sims can order both food and drinks. They can dance with the jukebox and watch some TV as well! This lot also has some fun effects and decorations such as orange toilet paper in the bathrooms, a yard full of open coffins, and even infestations of actual flies in the toilets!

Just a side note, there were originally booths in the front of the building but since the sectional couches can only work with COFFEE tables and not DINING tables, I opted to remove them. You can always find a way to build working ones if you'd like!
