Hi there everyone! Today I am bringing you a great little beach home that I'm sure will bring a new taste of tropical luxury to your Sim's lives! The layout, furnishings, and color scheme of this home is actually based off of a 3D floorplan I discovered of a beach bungalow in the Maldives. I have always loved the over the water bungalows in the Maldives and couldn't pass up the chance to recreate one in the Sims. Of course, I didn't make an exact copy, and have added my own personal touches and changes to make it more unique and fun!

This lot was built on and is ONLY meant to be placed on the island of Beryl Sholes in Isla Paradiso. Placing it elsewhere screws up the terrain and edging i'm afraid.

The layout of this simple little residence is simple and modern, yet is designed with a sense of tropical flair. The entrance is a wide open space that includes a living space, mini kitchen, one of two beds, and access out onto the main decks overlooking the ocean. The next room is the bathroom, a large open space that also serves as the bridge between the main house and second bedroom. The bathtub, toilet, and shower are all off in separate spaces, making the middle space a nice open walkway. The bathtub sits over a glass floor looking down into the rich tropical waters below, with windows that give a clear view out into the horizon. The back door leads over a small walkway and into the second bedroom, which includes its own private balcony.

In addition to the main home, there is an additional open air structure with a fire pit, perfect for parties and outdoor gatherings. A long wooden dock stretches to a nearby private island and beach, as well as offering two spaces to dock a boat or jet ski. Finally, to top it all off, the back decks of the home also include a private swimming pool!
