Hello, this is my first upload here, I hope you like it!

When I started thinking about making this house, it completely escaped my mind that if you build a pool on the terrace, it will show up in the story below. But instead of skipping the pool, I decided to incorporate it into and I'm really pleased with how it turned out. So, this is a contemporary house built on a small lot (15x10) with one bedroom and two bathrooms. There's also a carport with space for one car. It's a perfect house for single Sims or a couple. The terrace would be great for parties, as there's a pool, a bbq and a bar.
