Hide Game Icons in CAS, Buy & Build Mode

After seeing bubblegumfish mod that just hides CC icons I looked at the files myself and discovered that other icons can be hidden.
Thumbnails are already small enough and icons beside them can hide an object or item. After installing this mod it will look better and cleaner.
You can put this mod in "Package" or "Overrides" folder.

My mod will conflict with bubblegumfish's mod and there is no point having both because mine also hides cc icons.
