This house, located in New Crest, takes inspiration from a typical Sardinian house, Casa Campidanese.
The house after being abandoned for years has just been renovated and is ready to host a new family!

The house overlooks a small square, where you can sit and get water from the well. The entrance of the house is characterized by the wide door. The
The walls of the house are made of massive stone. It is possible to access the house only by crossing the beautiful entire courtyard, where there is a loggia under which
you can devote yourself to manual activities, a swimming pool, barbecue area, a small vegetable garden and a wine cellar.
On the ground floor there is a small kitchen, a dining room, a small living room and a service bathroom. The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, where it is present
the master bedroom overlooking a small veranda, another 3 single bedrooms (one can become a studio) and a bathroom.
